Rachael has worked in multiple facets of the entertainment industry for over 20 years. Most recently she served as the Vice President of Entertainment for the USO of Metropolitan New York, where she produced over 400 live performances annually around the world. Highlights include live performance events featuring Katy Perry, Blake Shelton, Craig Morgan, Tim McGraw, Kristin Chenoweth, Joan Jett, Phil Vassar, Trace Adkins, Maggie Rose, John Cena, LL Cool J, Tony Danza, Stephen Colbert, Adam Sandler, Lester Holt, Willie Geist and Bradley Cooper as well as events in partnership with Miss USA, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Boston Pops, Philadelphia Pops, CMA Fest, NBC’s The TODAY Show, TNT’s The Last Ship, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Ellen Show, FOX and Friends, Good Morning America, Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest, NFL, MLB, NHL and NASCAR, to name a few. As a professional performer she has played leading roles in Broadway national and international touring companies, in shows such as A Chorus Line, West Side Story and Jesus Christ Superstar and as a solo artist in venues around the world including Cunard Cruise Lines, Don’t Tell Mama, Danny’s Skylight Cabaret and The Jazz Standard in NYC.

Mark has worked on events with artists such as Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, Coldplay, Prince, Madonna, Jennifer Hudson, Maroon 5, Black Eyed Peas, Janet Jackson, Usher, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and many others. As a creative director and choreographer, he has worked on television and film projects for CBS, HBO, Showtime, ABC, Lifetime, the CW, 20th Century Fox and currently serves as one of the producers for Blizzcon, one of the largest eSports conventions and streaming broadcasts in the world. Mark has also worked on numerous Super Bowl Halftime Shows, Olympic Opening & Closing ceremonies and directed commercial projects for BMW, Disney, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Gap, Pepsi, The Home Depot, E. & J. Gallo Winery and Amazon. He has served as a creative consultant on multiple teams for film, most notably, Ang Lee's Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk. Recently, his work was seen on the primetime network simulcast of HQ Live: Reimagining the American High School in collaboration with the Melinda Gates Foundation, Emerson Collective and ThinkItUp. His recent short film, inside (this soul), is currently on the film festival circuit.

Cynthia’s projects have been seen by millions of viewers over the years. She has worked in television and live events including the last 16 Super Bowl Halftime Shows, The Grammy Awards, The MTV VMAs, NFL Kickoffs, NHL Winter Classics, MLB All Star Games and the Academy Awards. She has created mass cast choreography for the likes of Prince, The Rolling Stones, Lady Gaga, Outkast, Coldplay, Kanye West, Janet Jackson, Katy Perry, The Black Eyed Peas, Beyoncé and Madonna. Her passion, enthusiasm and positivity are why the ELCA, Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the USCA have chosen her to be part of their creative teams year after year. Additional performance and choreography credits include DRA Lincoln Center, NBC’s The TODAY Show, Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, “She” Emporio Armani European Tour, Teen Vogue, Volkswagen’s Broadway Review in Wolfsburg, Germany and an American Express Commercial starring Andy Roddick. Cynthia is also proud to have been a Radio City Rockette for ten years. Along with Urban Sled and Vayner Media, Cynthia was honored with the Knotch Supernormal Award in 2017 for her work on GE’s Grid Solution campaign where 3D infographic design meets the language of dance.
